Dr. Dauphiné carefully analyzes each patient's knee or shoulder problem and helps them understand and choose the right surgery for their personal situation. He is highly skilled in a wide variety of state-of-the-art, minimally invasive surgeries that restore pain-free function of the knee and shoulder.

Mikazuki “Kaz” Kamimura
Practice Manager

Kaz is available to assist patients arriving at the Center with financial arrangements and billing issues, including credit card transactions by phone. Kaz is never too busy to answer patients' questions.

Joan Mitchell
Surgery Scheduler

When it’s time to schedule an imaging examination (MRI) or surgery, patients call Joan. She pre-certifies medical services with patients' insurance and provides them with an information packet covering details of the process.

Kristi Simon
Radiologic Technologist

Kristi is the X-ray technologist at the Center. Patients can speak with her about getting copies of their X-rays or medical records. She also helps patients refill a prescription through the office.

Celeste Bunting
Receptionist

When patients contact Celeste for an office appointment, she collects patient and insurance information. She also calls patients to schedule an MRI Review appointment, and sends copies of patient charts to their primary care physicians.

La Verne Sinconis
Medical Biller

La Verne’s specialty is navigating through the complicated insurance process, helping patients understand their insurance company’s “Explanation of Benefits,” and arranging payments.
